You certify that all of the information you have provided to Liquidationmania on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

Warranty

LiquidationAuction.ca offers a 14 day warranty on all items unless a longer warranty is stated in the item description. If an item is defective please contact us within 14 days in store or via info@liquidationmania.com and we will provide return instructions. In most cases we will either repair or replace the item.

Limitation of Liability
LiquidationMania  shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Liquidationmania  has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiquidationMania, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Malicious, false and non-paying buyers / bidders (anyone who bids or are high bidder on items but have no intention of completing the transaction) will have their privileges revoked and registration cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.


These terms and conditions which govern this site may be changed by us along with the content of this site at any time.
